Who is responsible.

ENQUIRIES

Contact form.

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we receive the data you enter: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your request. We use it only to answer your enquiry and to prepare and carry out the movement you ask about. The form sends the data by email to our operations mailbox and sends you an automatic confirmation; it is not stored in a database on the website.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle the request and for business and legal record-keeping obligations.

ANALYTICS

Website analytics.

This website can use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (for example pages viewed, approximate location and device type). It is loaded only if you click Accept in the cookie notice; nothing is sent to Google Analytics before that. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Google may process this data on servers outside Switzerland, including in the USA. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

You can prevent Google Analytics measurement with the browser add-on provided by Google.

SECURITY

Bot protection.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When the form loads and is submitted, technical data such as your IP address and browser information is sent to Cloudflare to distinguish people from automated programs.

FONTS

Fonts.

Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google servers, and Google receives your IP address when the font is requested.

HOSTING

Hosting and log data.

The website is hosted by Hostpoint AG in Switzerland. The hosting provider processes technical log data such as IP address, date and time, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

DIRECT CHANNELS

Email, phone and WhatsApp.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you share to reply. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy; links on this site open WhatsApp only when you click them.

YOUR RIGHTS

Access, correction and deletion.

You may ask us at any time for information about the personal data we hold about you, and for correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or object to it. Write to operations@egoswiss.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you are in the EU or EEA, your local data protection authority.

CHANGES

Updates to this policy.
